 It provides a supportive space for members to connect, share experiences, and learn together. Through expert guidance and a nurturing environment, the Thrive and Flourish Collective empowers individuals to live their best lives and thrive.

"I have been fortunate to have had Lauren as a yoga teacher for over a year. During that time I have developed as a student and maintained a consistent practice, rarely missing classes as I have enjoyed them so much.
Lauren’s classes are varied, well planned and her friendly personality allows the class to flow. Regulars can expect to develop and improve their practice over time, as does Lauren who I know has attended workshops and training to develop and expand her teaching.
In vinyasa, if you’re experienced, expect to be pushed - although there are always options for differing levels of ability. In yin, at the end of the day, expect to relax and maybe expose some emotions.
Yoga with Lauren has been a great benefit to me physically and mentally. I recommend anyone who has an opportunity to practice yoga with Lauren to give it a go."
